Hi 

I have recently bought the 4gee Wi-Fi to use in my caravan when away

i am having trouble getting it connected we connected once to the tv and then it is like it cannot find my tv

we have a smart tv it is a Samsung how can I get it to work have tried it since we come home and still nothing

@Joc55   Just to check the device is switched on ?  It’ll switch off on its own after a period of if inactivity.

Is it showing any signs of life when it's left to charge for 10 minutes, @Joc55?

Yes we have signs of life as my phone was connected to it just not the tv

Can you connect to the WiFi with any other device? 

Can the TV find any other WiFi network?
