also we ordered a data only sim (specifically asked the agent) but the account says unlimited calls and sms as though it’s a mobile phone sim which isn’t what we ordered??

Hi @And71

If you're finding that things are moving a bit slower than expected, give our technical team a call, and they can run a few checks on your connection. They can also review the areas where you're using this to see if anything is happening.

When you refer to your "home speed", do you mean fixed-line broadband?

Do you have any other EE phones in this location, and if so what speeds do they achieve?

Yes we wanted a mobile broadband to take where those when we go on holiday around the UK, but the speed is extremely low much lower than expected and we wondered if this was usual or if it would speed up
