I haven't used my mifi for over 6 months. I believed I was on a rolling contract but I somehow got locked into a 2 year commitment. The in store staff were clueless and no help at all. Staff on the helpline wanted full payment of the entire 2 years for me to close the account.

I'm now trying to change my address. I moved last April. This site wants to varify its me by sending a code to the sim on my myfi which has never been able to recieve texts, hasn't been used for over 6 months, and has been disabled by EE..!
