EE mobile broadband sim not working

I topped up my mobile broadband sim on Monday and the internet is still not working. It’s showing 4G but not loading anything.
My current balance is £10 so there should be plenty of data there to use.
Anyone know what I need to do?

I have a mobile data sim that hasn’t been working for a few days so I’m thinking it’s a EE issue

What does http://add-on.ee.co.uk/status from a device connected to your mobile router by WiFi say about your data & credit status?

It’s saying that I have £25 credit but no data.
It’s a data sim so I’m not sure why the credit isn’t going on as data?

Press the "Buy Data" tab on that page & buy some with the £25.
