EE Constantly Down

Because my fibre internet tops out at 15mbps down and 1mbps up, I've been using 4G and 5G routers for the past couple of years. When 5G arrived in my area I took a plan with EE for the 5G Superfast plan and for the most part it was great. For the past month and all the way until April, my local mast now is switched off for maintenance from 9am to 4pm and it means that it is impossible to work from home (I work with video).

What can I do? They gave me a £20 credit but I'll still be paying full price for the next couple of months until it comes back. I've taken out a broadband plan but I only have 14 days to decide it's not for me, and it's SLOW. Can I terminate the plan early since my service is being interrupted?

What does BT Wholesale Broadband Availability Checker estimate for your phone number? Post the whole table and the line above it, blanking out your phone number. If it doesn't recognise your phone number or you don't have one, use the Address Checker.
