EE 4G wifi mini - wifi indicator isnt shown

Hi, just bought my 4G wifi mini a few weeks ago and it works fine. But today when I turned it on the wifi indicator isn't shown (goes blue). There are 4 indicator (signal - wifi - message - battery). The other 3 were blue. I did reset it (holding the power button for 10s), turn it on and off, reset it (using the button under the battery), nothing works. 
Any idea how can I get this sorted out? Thanks.
