EE 4G device not connecting

The device looks fully charged (constant green light) but despite rebooting several times I can’t get main device light to stay on and connect. Had very short burst of flashing aqua. Then off again.

Hi @SeaView97- I can imagine that must be very frustrating for you. 

 

Which 4GEE router are you using at the moment?

I’m trying to connect to 4G WIFI device but the aqua symbol flashes and
then goes off. I’ve tried rebooting many times but the same happens - aqua
flashes and may be constant for 10 seconds before going off again.

Is this a new device or has it been working normally until recently?

It’s a new device, sent by EE as home broadband not working as there’s an
issue with line coming into the house. I’m wondering whether EE are
expecting me to pay for top up despite telling me it would be free. About
to spend 2 hours on phone trying to get through to a real person to find
out.

Do you happen to have another device you can try the SIM in? Just to see if its the SIM or device itself at fault.
