We have a 4G plus TP Link router using a 4G sim we have just discovered we have lost the 4G plus capacity. Has anyone else had this happen to them and how did they resolve the problem

Hi
it does but at very basic low 4G speeds and it cuts out frequently we can’t even watch tv as we have a sky glass which needs 33 mbps
we had 4G+ before they were working on the mast about 2 months ago they upgraded it to 5G but we are now in a 5G black spot
