Cannot log into my account

I opened my EE app and it's made me log in again. I did but there is an error saying unable to log in please try again. My logon details are right because when I login on my phone browser I can see my details but when I try to see my prepaid sim data I still get an error so now I can't see my data usage and I can't change to a rolling monthly contract when it does run out.

I cannot look at the data usage by logging onto the router because I'm managing it remotely and my wife who is not tech savvy at all is using the 4g router miles away so that solution is not an option

Let your wife visit http://add-on.ee.co.uk/status from a device connected to your mobile router by WiFi to see your data & credit status as well as its mobile no. at the top.
