Hi, can I change my mobile plan midway through my contract? I had it in June last year, but I don't need as much data as I though, can I change to a cheaper package now?

Welcome to the community.
If you are still in contract, you'd not be able to reduce the plan.
The only exception to this is if it has been increased after the new contract started, then you can speak to our customer service guides to reduce it back to the plan you started the contract on.

You can't downgrade to a cheaper plan mid-term, but only in your upgrade window from 30 days before end of term.
