For two weeks now my business EE broadband has been dropping out constantly. Previously it has been great since installation in summer 2023. I’ve noticed that it used to have one blu/aqua lights and the rest green. They are all now all green. Any idea what is happening please?

Which EE BB plan are you on including its speed? What EE router do you have (read its label or post a pix)? Currant routers don't a mixture of lights.

Hello

my broadband at my work place keeps dropping out. After previously working great since installation in summer 2023 it has been dropping out regularly for two weeks now. I attach a photo of my hub. It used to have one aqua light but all are now green. Is this the issue?

It is a EE smart hub, Business Device Essentials, MBB Unltd 36m with best speeds – no Max Mbps.

Thanks in advance

Nathan
