Hi,
I recently placed an order for new broadband as was told my 5gb data boost would be added there and then when I placed my order. The service is now active but I still do not have the extra data. How do I get this added please?

I am a BT broadband fibre 500 and have 2 EE phone contract, I had 5GB data boost and it's suddenly stopped.

We don't want you to have any trouble using your data. Is it just your data boost you're having trouble with, or is none of your data working?

@alastermobi Try text "DOUBLE DATA" to 150, as a BT customer with both accounts in your name you should be able to get double data on your current plan. If you were to change over to New EE Broadband you would also potentially be able to get an Unlimited Data boost (provided the accounts are linked correctly)
