4gee wifi mini router dongle have connectivity issues

Hai

My 4gee wifi mini router (dongle) shows connection issues to EE network, even though there is sufficient coverage in our region but we couldnt access to network as it asks "sign is recquired" when ever we try to connect through mobile phones or laptops.The problem happened yesterday onwards and still goes on.Please suggest a solution.

Are you able to connect other devices to your mobile broadband device?

Has it worked previously?
