What does texting AL to 150 from your no. fully report verbatim (it is free)?

Hi,

Tried taking sim out and doing reset, sim out they reset and reset myself, then said no password on account but I have to have one as i have access to app and here, text 150, checked the sim serial number, took sim out and put into normal phone and works to text and call but no internet. Wifi box has one blue light on where it says 4G. No add ons running apart from addon that was activated the other day however on add ons app it says waiting but on EE app says active?

Any help would be great?

Hi @jim-barney,

What about if you visit add-on.ee.co.uk on a device connected to your router?

Hi @jim-barney,

You shouldn't be asked to login when browsing add-on.ee.co.uk.

Are you able to share a screenshot of the login screen you see?

James

Nor should text AL refuse just cuz you don't have a pack. I'm doing it all the time.

Are you able to share a screenshot of the response you see?

That is just the expected & necessary connection to your mobile router from your phone before you ever try to browse add-on.ee.co.uk . Note the underlying URL should NOT be HTTPS: as @James_B has put or you will/may get "Forbidden".
