4G router

Has anyone else had problems with their 4G router. 
The Wi-Fi keeps cutting out, still the same even after it came back from repair. 
EE are refusing to replace it even though the consumer rights act says they should.

How long have you had this problem for? Are there any known issues in your area? You can check on our coverage checker by putting your postcode in and hitting 'check status'.

There is nothing wrong with the incoming signal. 
Wi-Fi output is the problem, the router is faulty but EE refuse to replace it.

I'd recommend continuing to discuss this with our technical support team so that they can try and get to the bottom of the problem.
