4G Router working but Apple Mac not able to access internet from it

We have a 4G EE router which is working perfectly fine for all our mobile devices, but my Mac isn't able to connect to the internet from it. It connects fine to the router, but says there's no internet connection once connected

What does ifconfig report for the connection the MAC is using, obscuring any MACs & other personal info?
