Need P60 ASAP

I'm an ex employee and I need a P60 for last year but have no idea how to contact HR.It's my first time on here and I can see there's a lot of private messages being sent with this info, but don't have a clue where my inbox is, Thank you

Require employee number

I was previously an employee a couple of years ago at EE, and now require a an employee (UIN?) number and proof of employment for a background check for a new role. I need this ASAP and don't have access to old payslips or a P60. What do I do?
