great service from Glasgow Buchanan St store

I'm leaving EE and needed my phone unlocked - I had no idea how to do this and it was very frustrating. I visited Glasgow store Friday morning, 8 Sept and, although store was very busy, Tony at welcome desk was very patient with me and clearly explained what I had to do.  I would have stayed with EE but Virgin offered me a deal for my sports package which included a SIM for O2.
