So ee have said I'm due upgrade but when I pick the phone I want it's saying there is no available plans for that.does anyone know what that means?

I’m due an upgrade and it says I can upgrade today. But even though all the options were there a couple of days ago, it now says there are no options available?? Why is this? Logged in and out several times…
