Spoke to Nathan in Warrington Call Centre today.. Must say it was the best conversation I have had with someone in a call centre this year. Felt like I was actually listened to which was a refreshing change. Nathan certainly investigated my issue and provided me with a full explanation. Thank you Nathan. From one very appreciative customer.
