Thanks for coming to the community.
BT Cloud was closed for all BT customers on 31st October 2024, and all information has now been lost. There is more on this here.
If you moved from BT to EE, your BT Cloud access would have been lost when you moved and any data would have needed to have been transferred elsewhere.
