I've been patiently waiting on hold for over 20 minutes, and it's quite frustrating. You claim to be the "UK's best mobile network for a record-breaking tenth consecutive year," but my current experience suggests otherwise. While I did have a pleasant interaction with one of your customer service representatives, the options provided to me were far from helpful and, frankly, quite useless. I hope EE can live up to its reputation soon.

@Calboyes   there’s no claim against EE customer services being the best for the 10th year running it’s the network that you’re device connects too..  and like you others want to speak with customer services,  should everyone else just hang up because you want to dealt with first.
