I went to my local we store in Solihull and was helped greatly by nai 🙏🏼She has the best customer services I've ever dealt with.she should be used to Advocate to train staff on customer Care. She should also get a promotion . I came out with a new phone and my home kitted out with best broadband for a  great price. Thank you nai 🫶

We have just finished a call with a young man named Lewis on customer services. He went completely out of his way to help us with a change of delivery address and NHS discount code even at the end of his 12 hour shift to which we were EXTREMELY grateful. Customer services can be very hard work so Thankyou Lewis! You’re a star!
