What exactly to people do in this position Ee it doesn't work I will call in the morning as for this 10 letter password thanks for that its crap and your service isn't good I feel silly for coming to ee

Hi @Yournotgood,

Welcome to the EE Community

If it is your broadband you are having issues with I would recommend texting HELP to 66033 when having issues and that will run a check on your connection for any issues. You can also check for any issues by logging into the service status checker.

I am not sure if it is your online EE password you are referring to but if you do need to change that, it can be done via the forgot your password button during login.
