I had a fantastic experience with one of EE's colleagues by the name of Rhyan in EE's Sales department in Dundee. Extremely helpful and and excellent customer service. Went 110% to find me the best deal for both my phone contracts and broadband and was honestly a great chat throughout. Explained everything thoroughly to me and went up and beyond to ensure that I was taken care of. Rhyan, you are a ledge mate!
