Dear EE 

Please would someone at ‘Head Office’ relay my thanks again to the young chap that TOTALLY went above and beyond at your Slough branch today. 

Apologies as I didn’t catch his name as I was extremely frazzled as my father (85) is seriously ill in Wrexham Park Hospital.  He was initially given a Motarola smart phone which was just too confusing for him.  I purchased an OAP friendly smart phone (from Amazon, sorry!) and had trouble copying his telephone contacts across.  

This lovely young chap helped me resurrect my Dad’s Google Account as I had no password and transferred the numbers across.  He was calm and patient with me and explained what he was doing and why.  It was so very much appreciated during a difficult time.  He even refused the cash I wanted to give him to say thank you.

So please would someone from ‘Head Office’ track him down and say thank you again?

I'm so sorry to hear that your father is unwell at the moment, I hope he is better soon.

I'm glad the person you spoke to was able to help you in such a difficult time, I'll pass your comments on to the store manager in the hopes they track down the person who helped you.
