Many thanks to John -----   at the EE store in Liverpool 1 for sorting out my lack of broadband and suggesting a temporary  alternative. It took him a lot of his time and a lot of his patience and he was very kind to someone who doesn't understand the first thing about anything technical!  He handled it all admirably and my new 'equipment' is working well. Thanks John.
