@Butt3 , you have a small window to edit your post by clicking on the tick icon on the right of the thread, rather than adding a new reply.
This is not customer service but a public forum and we have no way of knowing who you are and no account access.
If you want to cancel your SIM card, you will have to ring customer service to do so and if you are within your minimum term, if on contract, you will have to pay the rest off.
If on pay as you go, just do not use the card and it will eventually be discontinued, and after several months re-issued to someone else.
