Technology and I don’t always get along. I get flustered just looking at wires and flashing lights! My elderly parents had their new EE hub delivered and tried setting it up themselves, but the poor thing wasn’t connecting to anything. Cue mild panic (and me about to go on holiday!).
Enter Lisa *********, the calm in my storm. She patiently video-called me, figured out what had gone wrong, and walked me through it step by step without once making me feel daft. Not only did she get the internet sorted, but she even made sure the TV and phone were connected too.
Thanks to Lisa, my parents are happily online and I can go on holiday without worrying they’ll think Netflix has retired. Honestly, I’m just so grateful it was Lisa I got today , calm, professional, and a lifesaver.
