Hi,
I ordered a Nintendo switch 2 bundle with Pokemon Legends Z-A in November and didnt open it until yesterday for christmas. When i have opened it and tried to turn the console on it wont start. I have tried troubleshooting but nothing works.
I am wondering if it is possible to get a replacement and who to contact as i have tried contacting this number 0800 079 0323 today and i get an automated message back.
I also tried going to a store near me to see if they could do it but they said they cant.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Welcome to the community.
I can totally understand this is far from ideal when opening a Christmas present.
When you tried to call, what was the automated message that you heard? Some of departments are closed today but will be available again tomorrow.

Hi Michael,
Sorry for the wait in reply. The automated message said something along the lines of "the office is closed during the festive period, please ring again during normal office hours.
I was going to try again in the morning anyway so hopefully someone is there.
