Hi 

need some advice my new employer have requested a reference from EE/BT but it’s now been 2 weeks with no response from EE. 

I used a email address that was provided by someone in this community,

 

any advice on how I can get a response quicker would be great as I am still waiting to start employment after many weeks of it being on hold
