Apart from not knowing how to use this site. Why has ee chosen to go backwards on customer service.
Its not difficult, price fairly and customers will renew with you.
Currently have 5 contracts with ee. Now all sim only. Next step. Looking elsewhere.
You market your product as the best. Is it really. Go to any comparison web site or other phone provider.. All the deals are better how is this.
