Resolved! New contract PAC given at sign u

PAC was given at signup, what triggers the number port.?EE sim arrived today and was put in phone but has now been removed as I need old network until number is ported.

Can I check as I bought a new phone which I registered with EE  but it was from Tesco and I have to top up with tesco but I am confused now do I need to do that. How do I get the free texts allocated to me via EE?
