Recognising Great Service - Darren from Portsmouth

Hi,

I just wanted to let you know about the service I had on Saturday 18th November. I was having issues with setting up my EE mini WIFI hub as I hadn't used it for a few months, so I called the tech helpline and was greeted by Darren from Portsmouth.

From the start he had great energy, good communication skills and was really helpful with my query. He was quick to identify the issue, kept me updated through the process, was able to work around the issue to get me to a place where I was able to add credit and use the hub within second of the resolution.

It can be soul destroying to contact some  help centres, but Darren made this one a pleasure, and he wasn't even supposed to be in that day! Please can you give him the recognition he deserves for the way he handled and remedied my issue quickly and efficiently.
