Yes they are scumbags to be honest .offered me upgrade of unlimited data for 30 a month in november ,i said no ,because i now asked them to do it they said no due to credit issues ,that is crap,its because im paying more than that a month on extra data ,they are scammers and complete liars ..i do advise everyone to stear clear of these

I am sorry to hear you are unhappy regarding being unable to take the new plan that you wanted. Data add-ons will last 30 days or until your currently monthly cycle ends depending on which type you buy. 

If you are unhappy regarding your account you can make a complaint and our team will look into it and get back to you to help. I do appreciate your frustration but please refrain from posting the same message across multiple boards/posts as it is against the Community guidelines.
