Hi,

I wanted to take some time to acknowledge a member of the EE Customer service team. Bethany has been exemplary in her diligence & her willingness to resolve an issue on my account. I think she should be praised as I was intent on leaving EE after almost 10 years as a loyal customer.

 

Frankly it is appalling that every other member of customer service staff has been left, contradicting each other and unable to upgrade my SIM only contract for over 40 days... Bethany was able to see what the problem was in minutes by using common sense and actually reading what was Infront of her eyes she figured out what the "Technical error" was.

It is embarrassing that an 18 year old who has only been with the company for a few months has been able to outshine everyone before her. I hope her hard work is recognised & that she is offered opportunities to progress within your company as she clearly has the ability and talent to work with customers to create effective solutions with empathy and a clear understanding for the needs of customers.

I wish Bethany all the best and I hope EE seizes the opportunity to support clever young people like her so they can have successful careers.

I'm sorry to hear that you had some problems with previous people, but delighted to hear that Bethany was able to fix the problem for you.
