Hi EE Community. I wanted very much to leave some positive feedback following my recent visit on 15 August, to the EE store in Chester. Shannon was my EE Adviser and she was absolutely brilliant. Upgrading my phone and contract, from start to finish, she went above and beyond and her personality and knowledge of EE products and services were top notch.
