Positive feedback for Guide and relatively smooth transition from BT to EE

So recently I moved from BT to EE to get 1.6gb broadband and Wifi 7

James, A guide in the EE shop in Chesterfield in Derbyshire  was able to do this by arranging a line takeover and treating us as a new Broadband customer with EE which techically we were since before we were with BT for broadband.

He also switched our sim only plans to EE One to ensure we got the best value as the discount for being a BT customer would end.

The only snag was cancelling my BT/EE TV I rang BT to do this as I was out of contract and it isnt compatible with the 1.6gb plans,  The BT Guide over the phone cancelled the TV but I recieved an alarming email saying the TV was cancelled but Id agreed to a 2 year extension when I hadnt as i explained we were transferring to EE

Luckily this was resolved  and I recieved my Smart Hub Pro and Smart Wifi Pro about a week before the switch and the new 2.5gb ONT was fitted on the 19th september and everthing has been working well

Everything is working well now

Had some issues getting my bundled Gamepass activated since the activation button wasnt working   but got passed to the Xbox Team who sent me a code to manually activate it
