I want to make sure some positive feedback reaches the right people so am posting here!
I have recently had an issue with my voicemail, and while it is still an ongoing issue, the level of help and support from one of your customer support team has been incredible. Hannah has been friendly, efficient, bright and clear, and made sure that I understood what was going on at every step, as well as being persistent in making sure my problem gets resolved. In fact, I spoke to a couple of your team members, but unfortunately Hannah's was the only name I caught, but both were super helpful.
Well done EE for hiring such wonderful, helpful people.
