Hi I’ve a new phone but have no service?

@Sharon208  On contract or PAYG ?  Have you put a sim in the device?   If you have how long as that sim been in the device for ?   It can take up to 24 hours to activate but try turning it off/on a few times.     Was this an upgrade? Or new contract?
