Afternoon,

 

My Sim has turned up and I wanted to ask a few questions, 

1) i am transferring my number from Vodafone I gave my PAC code when I ordered my sim, do I need to do anything further now I have put my new EE SIM in my phone? 

2) is there an option to add a plan so I can use my Apple Watch ultra with my new SIM plan on EE? I did have one with Vodafone?

Your number should transfer automatically within one working day of activating your SIM.

Yes, we offer a data plan for you Apple Watch. Please see How do I set up my Apple Watch on a Paired Plan? for further details.

Sorry to be a pain, 

 

but I can't seem to get my apple music offer tied in with my apple account. can you point me in the right direction?

spoke to the care them they have checked everything and said it’s all good your end, but still no joy. They have suggested speaking with Apple. So let’s see how that goes.
