I can only say from my personal experience.  Obviously there are going to be some that will disagree.  However,  My experience has always been very good. UK customer service based and always very helpful.  The lady that assisted me last week was outstanding. Hopefully if you join,  you will get the same levels of service I received.

Hi lubo as the other answer which apache gave I can only give you my personal opinion & the customer service I have received is absolutely fantastic  👍 . It doesn’t matter if I speak to them on the phone or in store I’ll give EE staff top marks all the way
