So glad i have now moved on to Plusnet after a year of hell having to reboot this terrible EE new router every single day.
Went through a year of,have you tried this have you tried that sent new EE router away for testing that EE suggested.
Cost me a £100 for that rubbish router which was pure rubbish equipment,i speak to the place that tested it & was told they only make sure it switches on & off. That is real technical i must say,EE have caused me a lot of headaches for a full year.
So glad i now have a Plusnet router that just works, that`s all i ever wanted,i would never use EE ever again,my headache has gone .🙄

@jockwav1 : You don't pay for EE BB routers. They loan them to you.
However I see you have posted before about a 4G mobile router, yet you have posted this in the Home BB forum. Which is this about?

@jockwav1 And yet you’ve not once said anything on here about this. For someone with a post history of 91 I find that strange.
why do you want/need validation because you say you changed ISP. Or more specifically you’ve changed ISP within the same group.

@jockwav1 Perhaps if you had asked on here you might of got help from some very knowledgeable people. You’re now posting for the purpose of what ? Anyway your new forum is RIGHT HERE

@JimM11 I’ve never understood why someone who chooses to change providers still feels the need to use a forum of the old provider. Time to move on and let go because nothing can come of any sort of complaining.
