I carn access Facebook tiktok or snapchat once I have came off WiFi iv tried closeing app restarting my phone deleting catches and still nothing been like it for 2 days now all get it error or Internet not connected what can I do or do I need to take it up with ee thanks

This is consistent with your Content Lock being set to either strict or moderate, rather than "off".
