Does anyone else HATE that EE have now made it impossible to speak to an agent, I have been with EE for 15 years and have always loved their customer service, but now its ALL automated with texts to answer your query which of course doesn't. I have tried 5 different selections via 150 and still unable to get to JUST speak to someone, feeling so frustrated

@Angielang Select option 2 at the start then the closest option to your issue. Never had an issues when wanting to speak with customer services.
