Why am I still waiting for my order?!  Why do EE not keep people informed?  I ordered on 25th September still no idea of when it will arrive.  If there’s an extended delay then tell your customers!  Keep people informed it’s really not much to ask?  Give me the option to cancel the order and go elsewhere 😫

I ordered my iphone 17 pro max cosmic orange on 25th September. I rang EE beginning of last week to be told it would ship within the week. It wasnt.

I rang again today, first they couldnt find my order as it is a SIM free phone. After 10 minutes or so they found my order i was then told it was more than 28 days from the date i ordered the phone so they couldnt give me a shipping date.

I had received an email saying my order is on its way and that I will receive a text message from dpd when it’s almost here but it’s been 4 days and I haven’t hear anything yet.

I placed my order on 29/09 for the Iphone 17 Pro max, I see a lot of comments saying dispatch should be within 21 or 28 days but I am over that time and still have no updates other than the weekly one on a monday through the app which is not very helpful. Is anyone able to give a better update?

@roxy_19847 , you will receive notification by the evening before delivery from DPD and another one on the day of delivery with a one hour window and a PIN number that you will have to show the driver before receiving your device.

We have no way of knowing as we have no account access and do not know who you are, so cannot let you know what is going on, just keep an eye out on your DPD app for further information.

Hi, has anybody order PM Deep Blue 256GB in last few days and had any updates about delivery since order? I ordered yesterday and the advisor who completed my order asked which colour I wanted, I said whichever comes first and he said if I order the Blue it will come Monday 3rd November, so I think I've blatantly been lied to just for a sale

Hi, I upgraded to the iPhone 17 Pro Max Deep Blue 256gb yesterday (1st November), the advisor who upgraded me asked which colour I want and I replied which ever comes first, he said he will have a look and got back to me saying if I order the blue it will be delivered Monday 3rd November, so I completed my order.

Since then I've found out I've basically been lied to as there is no Pro Max in stock at all so will be 2-3 weeks for any delivery.

EE shouldnt be giving customers false delivery dates, I still would of done the order anyway if he said it will be a few weeks just don't understand why lie about my order in the first place?

Mate, you're in for quite the journey now. I ordered the exact same model as you on the 11th of October and still haven't received it. If what you say is true about there being no stock, there is probably a sizeable backlog of orders to be filled as well.
