How to get a HR reference

Hi All,

I am about to start a new job and they need to contact EE as it was my last place of employment for a reference. I gave my last line managers email address but that's getting us nowhere.

Is there an email, such as to HR I can give them so that they can get the email?

Hi all struggling a bit here, I used to work at EE and I am currently in the process of beginning a new job however they need a reference from EE. I have provided them with the hr services reference email address about 4 months ago and we have still not heard anything back. This is delaying my start as I was meant to start beginning of October. Does anyone know how else I could provide a reference or chase up EE? Thank you in advance.
