How to contact EE ?

Stimothy

Hi, just at my parents as they are in tears. EE/BT have cut off there phone despite having a contract until end of March. They have called and spoken to people and are now getting stupid emails threatening to charge them. Is there anyway to speak to a normal person. They didn't even ask to cancel so I have no idea how this has happened. I need some help as the phone is there lifeline and apparently they have had three people now telling over the last month saying not to worry it will all be sorted.
