Historical BT employment records

As part of an application for professional registration, I need to provide evidence of having completed an apprenticeship.

I carried out my TTA training with BT many years ago but have no record of it.

I was advised by a former colleague to contact EE regarding this matter through the email address hr.resourcing@ee.co.uk

I’ve done this four times but I’ve not received any response. I even asked for an acknowledgment that my email had been received but still nothing.

Can anyone help?

I believe it would likely be BT you would need to contact as EE and BT are two separate companies, just part of the same wider BT Group.

There is a BT email that can be used for References: "hrservices.references@bt.com" that could be worth a try? They may be able to point you in the right direction.

No one on here would be able to directly help apart from offering advice as fellow customers with access to the same information. There is a small EE Community Support team that may see this and offer further info however.
