Hi, so I had a video interview on the 14/08/23 for a position within an ee store. I was told I’d be contacted either way 7-10 days after. I haven’t heard anything. However, when I check my application status online it still says “in progress” I’ve emailed the person who interviewed me a couple of times but I’ve had no answer and both occasions. I know it’s a waiting game but I’d rather know sooner rather than later. Is there anything I can do? Can I call anyone to get more information.
